Award Description: EECBG funds will be used for five distinct activities. First, training up to five building and safety staff members and developing informational handouts and inspection checklists. Second, replacing single-pane windows at the Rancho Palos Verdes City Hall and Planning Department. Third, upgrading the City's HVAC system. Fourth, replacing fluorescent lamps and other lighting fixtures with LED maps and sensor controls. Fifth, project management.
