Award Description: Reviewers for Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) Early Harvest Solicitation This work authorization (WAs) covers expenses for two (2) Saandia National Laboratories (SNL) employees to review thirty (30) proposals for the ARPA-E program. The SNL employees will work during the performance period as noted on this WAS (07/07/2009 to 07/14/2009). The SNL employees will participate in the review of the initial concept papers and full applications received from the ARPA-E solicitation. Their reviews will follow the established procedures, as communicated, and the SNL employees will report their review findings to the responsible Assistant Secretary, (acting) Director, or other senior program official.
Project Description: Reviews for ARPA-E Early Harvest Solicitations were performed in August.
