Award Description: The purpose of this award is to provide the City of Sacramento Housing Authority with funds to rehab and preserve its public housing. The City of Sacramento Housing Authority plans to replace roofs, gutters, glass doors, windows; repair wood siding, parking lot surfaces, dry rot, uneven concrete areas, damaged fences; upgrade and install HVAC systems, electrical systems, gate systems, surveillance cameras, landscaping, new property signage, elevator systems, water heaters; and exterior paint.
