The total CIP funds awarded was $666,500 with $115,000 drawn down through September 30, 2009. Obligations and expensed funds for September 2009 are $184,570.16 bringing the total expenses to $229,570.16 through September 30, 2009. Retainment of IS staff and CIO of the organization can be contributed to the CIP funds, all though the expenses of such are not reflected in the total expenses of the CIP projects.
