Award Description: ARRA Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA), and Quailty Improvement Funding consistent with the provisions of Section 640(a)(5)
Project Description: Project Description ARRA COLA and Quailty Funds will be used to: *Hire one full-time Bi-Lingual coordinator *Improve playground safety *Building Maintenance *Training for teachers, teaching assistance *Increase the compensation and benefits of staff through a cost of living adjustment to improve the overall quality of the program Quarterly Activities *Hired one Bi-Lingual Coordinator *Have not received BIDS for playground *Have not received BIDS for Building Maintenance *Staff received some training the week of 8/24/200 through 8/28/2009 *All staff received a cost of living adjustment.
