Award Description: Our CIP project supports the remodeling of an existing office suite to create additional clinical space. Upon completion, we will gain an additional three examination rooms, which will allow us to expand our capacity to provide primary care services in eastern Alameda County, California.
Project Description: We have engaged the services of HGA Architects to design this project. HGA is currently developing plans for this project and we anticipate that the initial plan will be available for our review by the end of October. Our objective is to put the project out to bid by late December and to begin construction in the spring.
