Award Description: Community Development Block Grant Recovery (CDBG-R) to carry out, on an expedited basis, eligible activities under the CDBG program. The Territory has identified three major projects as follows: 1)Site clearance and demolition of infrastructure (installation of roads and sidewalks)at Bonne Esperance, St.Croix; 2)Site clearance and demolition and infrastructure at Estate Donoe, St. Thomas; and 3)rehabilitation of 60 publicly- owned, emergency housing units on scattered sites throughout St. Croix and St. Thomas.
