Award Description: The old existing windows at the Robert w Holley Center are difficult to maintain, energy inefficient and admit water to the interior of the building envelope. This contract will coordinate replacement windows specification by visiting the site for measuring, discussing with USDA facility personnel, reviewing existing documentation, researching applicable products, and preparing an estimated cost analysis. Deliverables include 50%, 95% and Final Turnover packages. Government reviews will occur after 50% and 95% packages and comments will be responded to in the following deliverable package. Packages will be in drawing format using imperial measuring units with specifications included in the drawing information.
