Award Description: To provide training and short-term work experience to youth on the Tule River Indian Reservation.

Project Description: Twenty youth received services. Prior to work, all youth submitted to drug screens, and completed Work Readiness Training.

Jobs Summary: A variety of jobs, such as Housing Authority General Laborer, Tule River Health Clinic Clerical Assistant, ChildCare Center Teacher's Aid, Substance Abuse Program Clerical Assistant, Human Resource Dept. Human Resource Clerk, Tule River Gym Recreation Assistant, Tule Education Center Teacher's Aid, Tule River Fire Dept. Clerical Assistant & General Laborer, were positions held by the youth workers.
