Award Description: The laundry facility remodeling project will remodel the existing laundry at the King Veterans Home and replaces the existing steam dryers, iron and folder/stacker with more efficient gas-fired equipment. This will reduce energy costs and allow for a reduction in the laundry's operating hours.
Project Description: The Wisconsin Deparment of Veterans Affairs will use Recovery Act funding as awarded to offset the costs incurred by the State as the project is completed.
