Award Description: Pigeon Falls Health Care Center Expansion and Renovation. Project will add services of adult day care, hospice, neighborhood concept of services, and medical clinic. Project will expand services of telemedicine, rehabiliation services, and renovate selected portions of the facility. Design work will improve the overall efficiency of the facility.
