Project Description: Mobilized our dredge and set up pipeline to begin dredging project. There are 14 employees engaged in the dredging operation. We work 3 shifts of 8 hours each, 6 days per week. To date, we have approximately 2200 dredge time hours on the Intracoastal Waterway, beginning in Cape May, New Jersey to our present location of Sea Isle City, New Jersey. Delivered heavy equipment via barge to designated disposal areas. Built disposal areas with dragline crane and dozer for dredge spoils to be deposited at Ludlam Bay (Cape May Area), Ben Han (Strathmere Area), and Crook Horn (Ocean City), where we are currently working. Built sluice boxes with steel drainage pipe at disposal areas. All work on disposal area is performed by 2 employees who are responsible for the construction of these dikes and repair work needed as per the Army Corps of Engineer's instructions.
