Award Description: The A-E will conduct field delineations in the vicinity of Building 6, Building 1210, Building 1212, Building 1510, Building 3208 and the Fuze Complex (3300 area) (reference the attached schematics) at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey. The A-E will delineate all wetlands within a 150 foot radius of the estimated limits of disturbance in accordance with Freshwater Wetlands Protection Act Rules (NJAC 7:7A) in 1988, and 2001. All wetlands will be identified in the field with flagging and the geospatial latitude/longitude (GPS) coordinates noted. The A-E will identify any surface water body (any perennial stream, intermittent stream, lake, pond, or reservoir) within a 300 foot radius of the estimated limits of disturbance. The entire surface water body located within the 300 foot buffer will be identified in the field with flagging and the GPS coordinates noted.
