Award Description: Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and testing to paint the exterior of the historical section Maintenance Building with the contract specifications. The contractor shall remove all loose paint and old deteriorated glaze from all windows. The contractor shall remove and replace any glass that is missing, cracked or broken and replace with new like glass. The contractor shall re-glaze with a pproved glaze and paint with the same requirements as all other painting of wood. The contractor shall clean any paint or glaze from the glass.
