Project Description: Resurface 2nd Street, Naches Ave. to Sinclair Ave., and 3rd Street, Penney Ave. to Tieton Ave., including replacement of substandard curb & gutter, and sidewalk along 2nd Street, 3rd Street, and Canal Street.
