Award Description: Demo of all non-load bearing walls to make way for larger office space and new bathrooms. New doors will be installed in all existing frames. Bathrooms will be supplied with new parttitions and bathroom accessories. Providing and installing a new HVAC system. All new electrical, fire alarm and wet sprinkler system. Will provide all labor and materials to install one elevator.
Project Description: 65% design submittal and return with comments. Demo of 1st, 2nd floor and basement complete. Walls framed on 1st floor with electrical rough-in. Floors patched. Modification to contract for unforseen site condition: asbestos
