Award Description: Ensure that each homeless child and youth has equal access to the same free appropriate public education, including a public preschool education, as other children and youth.

Project Description: 84.387A Education for Homeless Children and Youth, Recovery Act. The funds will be used to support the activities listed in 42 USC 11433(d). The list includes a number of education and related activities targeted to improve the identification, enrollment, attendance, and success of children experiencing homelessness.
