Award Description: HPRP funds will be used to provide financial assistance,relocation and stabilization services to the homeless population in the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Mayagüez, and those at risk of becoming homeless and that is completely consistent with the established strategies in the consolidated Plan.The eligible activities through HPRP will allow the Municipality of Mayagüez to better meet the homeless population needs by providing more individuals and famlies with a broader array of financial assistance and supportive services.Also, the HPRP emphases on prevention and rapid-re-housing and that is completely consistent with the Municipality of Mayagüez Consolidated Plan.
