Project Description: Providing services and activities addressing employment, education, better use of available income, housing, nutrition, and emerency services and/or health.

Jobs Summary: Community Action Program (CAP) agencies have created 74.15 FTE positions, as of September 30, 2009 using ARRA funding. The positions include, but are not limited to programs administered by the agencies, such as, foreclosure/housing counselors, benefits specialists, small business owner specialists, abuse counselors, emergency assistance counselors, employment and training coordinators, summer youth employment supervisors, fatherhood program managers, and administrative support staff. (Total jobs reported: 74)
