Upgrade of existing fire reporting system to a fully addressable system. 3. Elevator modernization to include upgrade of controls and drive systems. 4. New security cameras to increase security coverage and upgrade existing camera network. 5. Retrofit existing units into handicapped accessible ones which meet UFAS requirements.
