Award Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel and supervision necessary to perform acquisition, contract management and project management support services. Services to be provided include, but are not limited to support for: --Acquisition planning --Analyses of Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGGE) --Audit support --Contract administration --Contract Close-out support --Cost/Pricing analysis --Development of evaluation plans --Development of quality assurance surveillance plans --Development of solicitation packages --Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request support --Invoice processing --Network transition planning and cut-over activities --Post-award conference support --Preparation and assembly of contract files --Preparation and submission of correspondence --Preparation and submission of pre/post negotiation position and Contract Award—documentation --Preparation and submission of updates to contract status report --Preparation of and analysis of Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Objectives (SOO), and Performance Work Statements (PWS) --Protest support --Record and File management --Task order management --Technical, business, and price proposal evaluation support Contractors may be required to utilize various government systems during performance of work under this contract. Inherently governmental services as identified in FAR Subpart 7.503 are prohibited. It is the responsibility of the task order Contracting Officer placing the order to make this determination. Financial management services are not within the scope of this procurement.

Jobs Summary: Sr. Contract Specialist III Provide expertise in advising agency directors and senior staff members on contract administration which may include acquisition planning, RFP/IFB preparation, market research/analysis, selection and administration of terms & conditions, cost and price analysis, negotiations, preparation of contract modifications, evaluation of performance, contract termination, and contract closeout. Individuals as required will have experience with Cost Reimbursable, Time and Materials, Commercial and or GSA Federal Supply Schedule contracting.
