Award Description: In response to the major economic crisis facing this country, the congress included funding $255,239.00 for Federal Work Study Program in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. These additional FWS funds were part of the national effort to increase the affordibility of postsecondry education for needy students.
