Award Description: The purpose of this work is to implement the remedial action (RA) at the South Minneapolis Residential Soil Contamination Site in accordance with the objectives of the remedial design (RD).
Project Description: Small/disadvantaged subcontracts were procured for earthwork, landscaping, surveying, and an arborist. The subcontractors mobilized to the site and began excavation at the first properties in September. Seven (7) of the 487 properties were restored by the end of September.
