Award Description: Conduct modernization and engergy saving activities at various Public Housing Developments. Funding can be expected to result in providing employment for construction workers and product manufacters. Project Description: Rehab of two units with high effciency windows, doors,insulation,furnances,hot water heaters,roofs. New high efficiency hot water heaters and furnances.Funding results in employment for construction workers and product manufactures.
