Award Description: The loan will assist the Village of Sackets Harbor to construct a new Sewer Treatment Plant, replacing the current aging and inefficient plant.
Project Description: The overall purpose of the loan is to fund the replacement of an aging and inefficient sewer treatment plant with a more efficient and eco-friendly plant. We expect to reduce the amount of pollution expelled into Lake Ontario and reduce the amount of energy needed for plant processes.
