Award Description: Head Start 2009 ARRA COLA Quality Improvement Funding
Project Description: ARRA Cola and Quality will be used to: *Hire one full time Education Manager * Increase the compensation of staff through a cost of living adjustment to improve the overall quality of the program. * to reduce the amount of employees share of Health Insurance costs. * To offset the high cost of vehicle maintenance and fuel cost of the agency's Head Start buses.
