Award Description: ARRA Capital Improvement Program
Project Description: ACHR has selected e-clinical works as its new Practice Management and EHR software. ACHR has signed the necessary contracts to begin the installation and training. ACHR has engaged contractors expert in EHR implementation to help guide us through all necessary steps which will enable ACHR to have as seamless transition as possible. Much time has been spent on evaluation of staff preparedness as well as workflow analysis. All processes with-in the clinical area will be re-evaluated and redeveloped. Construction has started to convert 3 exam rooms in to dental operatories. Equipment has been ordered for these operatories. Completion date of construction is anticipated to be on or before November 1, 2009. The new air conditioning units have been installed.
