Award Description: The Bachelor Enlisted Quarters, B-895, is an existing three-story, 63,277 square foot building that will facilitate long term housing for Navy enlisted personnel. It contains Barracks 14 & 15 at Naval Air Station Lemoore. The intent of the project is to convert one hundred and thirty bedroom units from 2+ into sixty 1+1E living units and renovate common areas to meet Bachelor Housing Standards, while increasing the efficiency and service life of the building. The project includes ATFP and accessibility requirements and shall be certified by the USGBC as LEED NC v2.2 Silver. Option Item 1 includes Finishes Units 110A, 210A, and 310A. Option Item 2 includes finishes Units 110B, 210B, and 310B. Option Item 3 includes remove/replace windows. Option Item 4 includes solar water heating panels and Option Item 5 provides ceramic tile in lieu of VCT in service areas (kitchen, entry, laundry, hallway) of each living unit.
