Award Description: Engineering Services associated with Kansas City District Periodic Levee Inspection Project. HNTB shall provide all manpower, materials, equipment and facilities to provide the required engineering services for the project. The purpose of the Pis is to verify propoer operation and maintenance, evalute opernational adequancy and structural stability, review design criteria to identify changes in current design standards, identify features to monitor over time, and improve the ability to communicate the overall condition. Specific work shall include 1) Project Plan 2) Standardization Workshop 3) System Documentation Collection 4) Design Criteria 5) Pre-Inspection Packet 6) Field Inspection 7) Draft PI Report 8) Independent Technical Review 9) Conduct PI Out-brief for USACE Levee Safety Officer 10) Closeout Periodic Inspection 11) Electronic System Documentation
