Project Description: Objective: To provide affordable housing. Results: 1,265 units of rental housing will be developed. NJHMFA has conditionally committed over 85% of of its TCAP award funds to 17 projects, with formal commitment dependent upon each project's successful completion of NEPA environmental review and execution of a TCAP written agreement.
