Award Description: Highway Infrastructure Investment - Bridge rehabilitation, no added capacity (no added travel lanes) - From funding for use in any Area (flexible)
Project Description: This rehabilitation project will bring this roadway to a state of good repair, by preserving the structure (the interchange over I-80) and providing an improved driving surface. As of September 30, the contractor had completed 75% of the pavement repair. Phase 1 of the bridge deck repair/overlay and bridge curb remodel had been completed and Phase 2 of the bridge deck repair/overlay had just been poured.
Infrastructure Description: This project invests in transportation infrastructure to create jobs, promote economic recovery, and provide long-term economic benefits for the area and for the state's transportation network, by bringing this roadway to a state of good repair
