In the 3rd QTR of CY2009, IBM tasks focussed on project preparation, with special emphasis on integration aspects with the CBP's SAP/ERP system.
Project Description: 3rd QTR 2009: IBM staff assisted the CBP / OF / FM&E directorate in developing the Investment Management Plan, in preparing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the IWMS software, as well as creating sub-plans of the project management plan (e.g., staffing plan and spend plan)
