Award Description: The purpose of this award is to expand access to needed primary health care services specifically by expanding services at existing health center sites in an underserved area or for an underserved population.

Project Description: We hired 2 half time and 1 full time medical providers, 2 full time CMA's, 2 half-time LPNs, and 1 half-time outreach coordinator.
