Award Description: Rehousing assistance for the homeless and prevention of homelessness by stabilizing those at risk through rental and utility assistance supported by case management.
Project Description: Short and medium-term rent, and utilities assistance will be provided to homeless households and those households at risk of homelessness. Case management will support these households by providing assessment and referrals.
