Award Description: Project to pupe the remaining .75 miles of Swalley Irrigation Main Canal; complete construction of a .75 Megawatt hydropower plant; develop/install SCADA controls and telemetry at each major lateral diverting from the Main Canal. Objectives are to stabilize water supply, improve public safety, conservation of 9,471.63 acre feet of water per season, meter water delivery and provide pressurized delivery to customers.
