Award Description: Provide Retro Commissioning services at the specificed locations - Albuquerque, NM; Gallup, NM; Las Cruces, NM; and Santa Fe, NM
Project Description: Since contracrt award on 8/27/09 through 9/30/09, WHPacific has performed the following tasks: Visited Albuquerque courthouse, interviewed, and toured facility. Received from GSA and reviewed interview forms from all sites except Gallup. Received from GSA and in process of evaluating energy use for each site. Received CD of building on 9/22/09. Received CD's containing selected equipment data from AMS Ft Worth via FedEx on 9/24/09. Made arrangements and confirmed dates for site visits with POC for each of the remaining courthouses - Santa Fe 9/24/09; Las Cruces 9/29/09; Gallup 10/1/09. GSA confirmed we will not receive BOPs for sites. GSA contract stated BOPs are in beginning stages and would not be beneficial to us.
