Award Description: Recommissioning/retro-commissioning of the Byron White Courthouse with the objective of reducing energy consumption to the greatest extent possible within the funding limitation. Deliverables will be a list of Energy Conservation Measures recommendation, a draft Functional Performance Testing (FPT) Plan, a Final FPT Plan and a recommissioning plan/report based on Fuctional Performance Testing. The recommissioning report will identify ECM's and their economic impact to help the GSA determine the ROI/payback period and first cost impact of the various ECM's
Project Description: Funtional Performance Testing Plan was submitted for approval. Based on the approved FPT Report, testing was conducted, A list of ECM measures was identified and submitted. A preliminary Draft Re-commissioning Report was submitted and reviewed.
