Award Description: Construction Management Services for the Sanitary and Storm Sewer Project at the Goodfellow complex.Provide CM services for the Design Phase. Services shall include but are not limited the following: Attending the 35%, 65%, and 95% Design Review meetings; review drawings and specifications at 35%, 65%, and 95% Design; attend three (3) additional Design Development meetings; evaluate construction cost estimate and attend three (3) reconciliation meetings with A/E and CMc. Goodfellow Sanitary and Storm Sewer Project - the sanitary and storm system is to be separated and reconstructed to meet local MSD sewer drainage regulations. Underground detention facilities are to be built to hold the storm runoff on site. Improvements will be made to the exterior features of the building, such as the breezeways, sidewalks, stoops, and ramps. The project is to take place in phases in order to cause minimum disruption to the tenants of the facilities.The work on the project includes, but is not limited to, pavement and sidewalk removal, excavation, storm sewer pipe installation, reconstruction of the sanitary sewer line, construction of storm water detention cells, construction of storm manholes, storm inlets, junction boxes, and grate inlet conversions, repaving, landscaping, sprinkler system installation, utility relocation, structure demolition and breezeway construction.
