Project Description: as of 09/30/2009 The pre-design report for the ARRA Photovoltaic Roof System at the Edward Zorinsky Federal Building was completed on August 21st, 2009. The report included work from Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural disciplines. The report included existing conditions, design considerations, recommendations, market conditions and opinions of probable cost and life cycle analysis. The GSA is currently reviewing the report to determine if the project should proceed forward.
