Jobs Summary: A Merchandise Selector and a Verifier/Checker perform all of the necessary functions needed to properly pick, pack and label a customers order. Such functions include but are not limited to loading, unloading and moving product; sorting packing slips; visually inspecting boxes for damage or improper packaging; auditing packages for accuracy; and preparing bills of lading. A Customer Service Representative and an Inside Account Executive provide customer service, in accordance with MSC standards to ensure customer satisfaction, account retention and revenue generation. Basic duties include but are not limited to answering inbound calls to sell MSC products; resolving customer product and service issues; and working closely with vendors to produce quotes, expedite orders, locate sources for product, and arrange product training.
