Award Description: The objective of this project is to renovate existing bathrooms located in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 6th floor of the Annex building. The renovation will include the installation of energy efficient plumbing and electrical fixtures to meet the Federal Energy Management Program and the relocating of toilets, sinks and associated rough plumbing to meet current ADA requirements for public bathrooms. It is the intent of this project to provide finishes that will reflect the over all historical character of the building.
Project Description: Performance Bond invoiced (only). Field work will commence October 2009.
