Award Description: The GSA-Region 3 is contemplating the nodernization of the Poff Federal Building in Roanoke, Virginia. There is an anticipated budget of $42 Mil includibg both hard and soft costs. The purpose of the Project Development Study ( PDS) is to develop a multi-component report that includes a Feasibility Study, a Project of Requirements (POR), and a Project Plan. the Project Plan identifies scope, schedule, and budget required to deliver the modernizaation project.
Project Description: The Project Development Study (PDS) phase is now largely completed and the final report has been submitted to the GSA. Work continues on a Section 106 Report which will make recommendations on the Federal Building's historic status.
