Award Description: Funds are to provide a 2.5% increase to current employee salaries for a duration of one year; assist with degree attainment in order to meet staff qualification requirements in the Head Start Act; provide professional development opportunities and maintain a comprehensive benefit package for educational staff; provide an additional 5 staff development days to provide Command Spanish Education to all classroom staff and provide staff with the opportunity to participate in screening and assessment trainings ; implement safe and effective transportation service delivery; assist the agency with intergrating technology use among student and teachers to promote school readiness.
