Award Description: The Thurgood Marshall Courthouse infrastructure upgrade.

Project Description: During the period of May to September 30, 2009 Cauldwell Wingate Company has been working on the shop drawing coordination of the MEPS systems through out the Thurgood Marshall Courthouse. During this time the subcontractors have been ceeping detailed shop drawing, exact dimensions and location of duct work and piping above the ceiling. In the field protection of the existing historic finishes has been completed. Three floors of duct work has been fabricated and delivered to the job site with installation of two floors complete. The Electric service on three of four Con Ed serviced floors has been upgraded and electric distribution has started. Plumbing in basement for drain pipe has been installed at approximated 50% complete.
