Award Description: The moderization of family and elderly units through the following activitites: Window replacement with energy efficient windows and masonry repair at an 8 story elderly facility; interior modernization of family units; elevator replacement; installation of closed circuit camera systems in four hi-rise facilities; the masonry repair and tuck pointing of two family buildings; concrete, asphalt, and landscaping at various AMPs; conversion of 6 units for UFAS accessibility and all associated architectural and engineering activitites.

Project Description: To date the agency has procured the architects and engineers to design the proposed projects. Twelve contracts have been awarded to architectural firms in the State of Ohio. In addition the agency has awarded 13 contracts to vendors for completion of the stimulus work. Design continues on two projects, three projects are currently out for bid, one additional project will bid in October, one project will bid in November and the remaining two projects will bid in December.
