Award Description: Conduct modernization activities within the PHA to improve curb apeal. This funding can be expected to contribute to the business entreprise of small construction firms in this area. The funding can be expected to substantially improve the appearance of the PHA in this jurisdiction
Project Description: Project includes the repair and/or replacement of brick veneer including installation of concrete sill base for veneer. Also there is the installation of a fence along the treeline of the family units.
