Award Description: Recovery - Mobile Launcher Element (MLE) Electrical Design (CLIN 009) The Mobile Launcher (ML) is a large platform with a tower used to transport, service, and launch the next generation launch vehicle and spacecraft (Ares I and Orion). This expenditure is to design the specialized electrical ML systems and equipment which are a critical part of the overall ML structure. These systems and equipment will fuel and service the launch vehicle and spacecraft systems. The application of funds for these purposes would increase the number of jobs, particularly in engineering, analysis, design, and development.

Project Description: Submitted 60% Design review products for Kennedy Complex Control Set (KCCS) design. Submitted 30% Design review products for Environmental Control System (ECS) design.
