Award Description: Bidding services and construction management services for the Banker Floodway North Levee Project; units of measure are estimated for 6 months at $29,387.83 per month; for the construction of rehabilitation improvements for 1.6 miles of levee to be completed within approximately 180 calendar days. Bidding service work includes responding to bidder questions; assisting in preparation of addenda, preparation for and attendance of pre-bid conference, assisting in review and evaluation of bids, and attending the on-site pre-construction conference. Construction management services include administrative project management, reviewing construction contractor's submittals, reviewing construction contractor's progress schedule, responding to construction contractor's request for information and administrative changes, performing quality assurance through on-call as requested by USBIWC, and review of final record drawings.

To date, no construction activities have been performed. S&B has reviewed construction contractor required submittals, and made recommendations to the USIBWC regarding their compliance.
