Award Description: Energy conservations measures in public housing units, including replacement of stoves, furnaces, water heaters and air conditioners.
Project Description: Stoves in all forty two (42) public housing units, many of which were more than 10 years old, were replaced with new, more energy efficient Whirlpool models. The stoves were manufactured in the United States at the Tulsa, Oklahoma Whirlpool plant.
