Award Description: Assist in operating statewide comprehensive, coordinated, effective, efficient and accountable programs of vocational rehabilitation, which are an integral part of a statewide workforce investment system; and designed to assess, plan, develop, and provide vocational rehabilitation services for individuals with disabilities, consistent with their strengths, resources, priorities, concerns, abilities, capabilities, interests, and informed choice, so that such individuals may prepare and engage in gainful employment.

Infrastructure Description: To upgrade Seattle DSB facility, upgrade and equip field service teams with low vision kits, assistive technology lab build-out, and Business Enterprise Program (BEP) new location remodel open facility to public. Projects designed to enhance local economy and provide short/long term jobs.
